Property, Occupant & Natural Hazard Risk Analytics
A workflow that turns single addresses or CSV files into structured property and location-risk reports through matching, enrichment, hazard indicators, scoring and export.
2026Inside the system
A closer look at the operating problem, implementation approach and concrete scope of delivery.
The challenge
Raw addresses were inconsistent while property, occupant and regional hazard data came from separate sources. Entity matching, geospatial enrichment and scoring needed to operate as one reviewable batch pipeline.
System approach
The workflow normalises and fuzzily matches addresses, enriches property and occupant information, joins ZIP-level hazards, calculates composite and top-three risks, then presents grouped results with CSV export in a web interface.
Delivery scope
Led pipeline architecture, Python processing, address normalisation, enrichment orchestration, risk presentation, batch export, authentication UI and full-stack integration.
Selected system views
Supporting interfaces are curated and anonymised. Open an image to view it at full size.

Property and location-risk analytics overview
The poster connects address input, property and occupant enrichment, natural-hazard indicators, composite scoring and batch export into one analytical flow.

Batch risk analysis and CSV export
Batch results group composite scores, priority hazards, occupant categories and processing states by address, with CSV export for downstream review.

Property and occupant details
The property view places building attributes, occupant records and composite risk together so entity matches and enrichment results can be checked.

Consolidated Risk Marker view
The consolidated view combines address context, property data, occupant operations, risk scores and priority risks with refresh and export actions.

Property and location-risk pipeline
Address normalisation, fuzzy matching, attribute enrichment and hazard indicators run through one pipeline to produce reviewable composite and priority risks.
