The challenge
Contracts, signatures, attendance and payments were fragmented across paper and spreadsheets. Front-desk staff, instructors and managers needed one client context that also worked during on-site mobile operations.
System approach
The system supports reusable contract templates, cross-device signature capture, PDF preview and sharing, attendance, package usage, instructor hours and outstanding balances, with every class record linked to its contract and client profile.
Delivery scope
Covered product workflow design, Next.js and TypeScript development, serverless APIs, PostgreSQL modelling, PDF generation and preview, signature capture, responsive layouts and privacy-safe operational states.
